A hardy and attractive upright evergreen, just perfect for a screen or as a specimen tree. It has a dense, narrow form, never broken by snow, and it is very hardy – all the way to minus 40 degrees. It is fast-growing, so you will soon have a wonderful specimen, or a dense privacy screen. The growth is always neat, so it never needs clipping, although it can be clipped into an even tighter form is you prefer.
